Working with Lolette coffees.

You'll have perfect coffee roasted according to your operations and customer base, sourced from producers focused on quality and excellence.

We use a Stronghold S7X, which allows us to offer both a perfect roasting precision and, for B2B, the possibility of many variations in small quantities right from the start.

We have 3 roasting ranges:

Filter Roast: Enhanced acidity and structure creation.

Espresso Roast: Same roast color as Filter Roast but with less acidity and a structure more suited to espresso.

Lumina Roast: The signature range, light radiation roasting. A faster, lighter roasted coffee, to preserve as much as possible the very nature of a coffee and its volatile, floral aromas, natural sugars without going through a structure.
